David Wolfin, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Wolfin brings to the company over 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist's assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist's assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Since 1990, Mr. Wolfin has worked for the Oniva Group of Resource companies, including Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director). In his various roles with these firms, he has helped raise over C$100 million.

Peter Latta, President and Director

Mr. Latta, BASc, P.Eng (BC) is a Professional engineer with a Metals and Materials engineering degree from University of British Columbia as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Frasers’ Beedie School of Business. He has over 15 years of operational, engineering, and commercial experience in the mining industry having worked on a variety of precious and base metals projects across 6 continents.  Mr. Latta has worked for Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. since 2018, and is currently the VP, Technical Services where his technical and commercial expertise have been a valuable addition to the management and operation teams in both Vancouver and Mexico.

Nathan Harte, CFO

Mr. Harte is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who brings a wealth of experience in both financial reporting and the mining sector. Prior to joining Gray Rock in 2016, Nathan spent his professional career in public practice with Deloitte LLP, where he specialized in publicly-listed mining companies based in both Canada and the United States.

Carlos Rodriguez, Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Rodriguez M., P.Geo, graduated in 1984 from the University of Sonora in Hermosillo, Mexico with a degree in geology and from the Colorado School of Mines in 1998 with a Professional Degree in mineral exploration. He currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Avino Silver & Gold Mines, a position he has held for the last 9 years.

Mr. Rodriguez M. has been instrumental in operations at Avino and has held the following positions including Chief Geologist, Project Manager, Mine Manager, General Manager and now, Chief Operating Officer.

During the 1990’s, he was the chief geologist at Avino, and then went on to work for Luzon Minerals Ltd. in the States of San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas and Durango, Mexico, as well as for Kings Minerals Ltd., an Australian mining company exploring the Cerro El Gallo project in the state of Guanajuato. He re-joined Avino in June 2006 and was instrumental in the discovery of the San Gonzalo deposit in 2007. He started rehabilitating the 250 tpd flotation circuit, brought it on-line in 2010, and built the water treatment facility for treating Avino mine water. In 2011, he was appointed Chief Operating officer at Avino, and most recently, he oversaw two large mill expansions, which increased total mill throughput from 500 tpd to 2,500 tpd.

Jennifer Trevitt, Corporate Secretary

Jennifer Trevitt was appointed Corporate Secretary of Silver Wolf Exploration in December 2021. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Trevitt served as the Corporate Secretary and Vice President Corporate Affairs of Minco Silver Corporation and Minco Capital Corp. for 13 years. She is a Capilano College certified Paralegal working in the Securities/Corporate finance industry for 23 years. In 2019, she obtained her Certificate in Mining Law and in November 2021 she completed the Fundamentals of U.S. Securities Law with Osgood Hall Law School. She was also appointed as Corporate Secretary to Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. in December 2021.

Honza Catchpole, Director

 Honza Catchpole is an exploration geologist with 15 years of experience working in Mexico, USA, Canada, Andean South America and Europe. He received his Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He has extensive experience in mineral exploration with porphyry Cu, skarn (Zn-Pb-Ag-Cu), epithermal precious (Au-Ag) and base metal (Ag-Zn-Pb-Cu) deposits. He held positions at Teck Resources Limited, Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada and Vale Exploration Canada in project generation, exploration and project evaluation of precious metal and porphyry copper projects.  His latest role was with GR Silver Mining Ltd. as Vice President of Exploration where he was responsible for advancing mineral exploration activities in the larger Rosario mining district in Sinaloa, Mexico. Honza managed multiple exploration teams and drill programs in three camps, with over 20 geologists, focusing on vein-type Au-Ag epithermal mineralization and Ag-rich base metal deposits while also developing marketing strategies and business development opportunities. He is fluent in German, Spanish and French, and is registered as a Professional Geologist (P. Geo) in British Columbia, Canada. 

Peter Schriber, Director

Mr. Peter A. Schriber graduated with a commerce degree in Switzerland and entered a banking career in Switzerland and Canada. Mr. Schriber held Bank managing position with CIBC as well as Vice President and Corporate Manager for Swiss Bank Corporation in Canada. Graduated at SFU as fellow institute of Canadian bankers (FICB). After banking career Mr. Schriber was cofounder of a large Stock broker firm in Canada, held Vice President and Director position, specializing in corporate finance as well as an investment advisor for private clientele. Mr. Schriber raised millions of dollars for start up companies as well as investments for private equities. Since 1999 Mr. Schriber has worked as an independent financial consultant.

Stephen Williams, Director

Mr. Williams, P.Eng, MBA, is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development for Bluestone Resource. Previously, he was a Director at Canaccord Genuity Corp. in the metals and mining investment banking team, where he provided strategic advice to clients on acquisitions, mergers, and equity financings. He is a professional engineer by background and worked for Freeport-McMoRan in an operational and process development capacity. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, as well as an MBA from W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
